TFG is one of the leading food industry equipment sellers and maintenance providers here in United States. They run a large operation that involves invoices, parts and equipments as well as technicians that go on daily dispatches and service calls.
With the size of their operation, it made it difficult to accurately and consistently keep up with things.
Our challenge was to build a robust and powerful field service management software that can automate a number of their processes, digitize their forms and documents, as well as handle tracking of various items like parts, equipments, records and personnel schedules.
