States. They run a large operation spanning multiple states involving dispatching technicians for service,
managing inventory for parts and equipment, and generating analytics to improve processes within their
business.
TFG formerly managed its field service operations using a command-prompt style application supplemented by
paper-based work orders. The legacy system lacked mouse navigation and relied heavily on technician
handwriting, leading to frequent data entry errors and inefficiencies. Staff often found the old system
frustrating, especially with lengthy delays for new features and reports, which hampered operational
improvements and reporting accuracy.
The Challenge
To build a robust and powerful field service management software that could automate a number of their
processes, digitize their forms and documents, as well as handle tracking of various items like parts,
equipment, personnel schedules, and accounting details.
